Winter Greetings

Well, winter is definitely here, even though the calendar says it isn't supposed to show up for two more weeks ... Brrrr !!!

Our first snow storm

For years now we have seen " The Melodies of Christmas" at my parent's house on Christmas Day, but this year we actually got to see it in real life ... I absolutely LOVED this show ... the symphony ... the songs ... the festive feeling ... the spirit of giving ... the love <3. Thanks Gordon and Sue for watching little Landon so that we could go.

Melodies of Christmas with the family

Wishing you a safe and warm holiday season

Next up, Christmas then Landon's 1st birthday ... WHOA! I feel like I've blinked and 2009 came and went ...

Landon's modeling shoot

We had fun trying to come up with a picture for Landon's 1st birthday party invitation.

we decided on this one ...

Thanksgiving

Well, we missed Thanksgiving this year .... thanks to the stomach bug. Landon brought it home from school on Monday and Dave and Jackson came down with it on Wednesday night. By Friday afternoon everyone was feeling [I never got it], so we met up with Dave's family for the day. By Sunday, they all had the stomach bug ... I'm sure it was just coincidence ;) UGH! Beware, I may be the HOST ...

Full speed ahead ...

I've neglected my blog and I apologize to all those non-Facebook users who used to come here for an update on what's been going on. I'll try to do better. Or, you could join Facebook [wink, wink]. There's too much to post, but I've selected some photos from over the past few months. So, grab a chair .. and a drink ... and a snack or two and get cozy. Happy viewing
